The PTR Vent 3 is a monolithic, 3D-printed titanium 5.56 suppressor built around PTR’s Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) metal-foam technology – a porous internal structure that vents combustion gases through the can’s body itself, not just down the bore.
 
The result is a measurable reduction in back pressure that keeps your AR-15 running reliably under full-auto fire without the gas-in-the-face penalty of traditional baffle designs.
